House, himself is a likable person. His staff however, to but it bluntly SUCKS. They are rude, never return messages, and do not seem to care. When first filing they were very helpful, but after that you are on your own. Like I said staff is rude and in my opinion not very knowledgeable. Had to go to... court again due to our vehicle being totaled (not our fault) and the assistant attorney wasted our time. If he had listened to the opposing attorney we would not have even had to go. I understood her point and I am not even a lawyer.

I was very stressed with more bills than money. After meeting with House and explaining my financial condition, I was counseled and later filed a chapter 7. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me informed of every step, very responsive and trustworthy. I am so thankful that everth...ing went so smoothly, I have a fresh start now and after taking the mandatory financial class I know how to better handle my finances. This team is truly one in a million. I have referred him to everyone I know. Thanks team House!!
