Mr horner was my lawyer on a case where I fell and got hurt real bad at a store. I wont say which store. It took a long time to get the case solved. That's the only reason I give him 4 stars and not 5 stars. you can't give half stars but if you could I would do 4 and a half. he did get me a very... high settlement and it was more than I thought I would get on the case so I guess I can say it was worth the wait. if I had another case (lord I hope not!) I would use him again because he smart and works hard and was tuff with the insurance company

Mr. Horner is a good lawyer. We didn't have a trial but we almost did but the insurance company paid enough money and I didn't want to risk it. i think getting it ready for the trial is what got them to pay more money. My case was not a real big one so I was surprised he worked so hard not every law...yer would of done that.

Attorney Horner did a great job handling my case. I had another accident in the past and was not satisfied with the other lawyer and hesitated whether I wanted to go through that again. Working with Attorney Horner was a very different experience. He answered my calls, and answered all my question...s and explained eveything to me. I was pleased with the whole experience and the result I got from Attorney Horner. I hope I am never in another wreck but if I need an attorney I will certainly call Attorney Horner.
