Very knowledgeable, professional and personable attorney.
Mr. Horner represented me in a personal injury claim and was consistently present in terms of personally answering questions and clearly explaining procedures I didn't necessarily understand. Additionally, he's very personable and down-to-earth which is much appreciated.
