I know about 200 homeowers in a warner robins subdivision that would beg to differ with you about her real knowledge. We were trying to start an HoA to keep our neighborhood looking nice and she was our neighborhoods down fall. None of her real estate records she prepared for us were valid. We los...t in court because of her lack use of proper real estate laws. We spent so much time getting signatures and covering up her bad advise. So anything she may have charged was an over charge by this lady.

If you need an attorney who knows real estate law, Shirley is the one. If you need an office staff to make you feel good, you probably need to go elsewhere. You get what you pay for. Shirley's rates are overall very reasonable; I suspect her rates are lower because she doesn't pay office staff to ...make the client feel good. But, the legal assistant(s) know what they're doing. I'm calling Shirley's office today for another real estate transaction.
