Ms. Watson was a breath of fresh air during a difficult time after my Dad's sudden death. She was knowledgeable, precise, trustworthy, pleasant, and diligent. She took care of all our needs timely. She personally called me keep me updated. My mother was hospitalized during this time and she truly... cared and showed concern. Highly recommend Shirley Rogers Watson!

Called and spoke w/legal aide who said Shirley would call me later, got off work decided to go in, everyone was rude, felt like they really didn't want you in there, besides the attorney had consultation with clients right in the same room with everyone else, felt like i was in a welfare office or so...mething. Anyway, one week later and no one has returned my call, called them today and the receptionist was rude, called me a liar, hung up on me, called them back to speak with her boss who she said was the legal aid i spoke with last week, she told me she was with a client and she could call me back, i said no thanx i'd probably be left waiting anyway. i might have used Shirley if weren't for the incompetent staff she has .
