In our bankruptcy practice, we handle consumer bankruptcies. We have helped thousands save their homes, cars and money through careful and considerate evaluation of the client's assets, debts and financial goals. Our clients enjoy an initial free consulation with an experienced bankruptcy attorney. We file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases to assist our clients with their financial issues. We are proud to announce that in 2015 we added student loan law to our practice. Knowing that bankruptcy was not a good option for handling student loan debt, we attended training classes taught by the top student loan lawyers in the country. We learned how to handle the most complex student loan situations and have achieved amazing results. In our practice, we prepare detailed reports for our clients listing all of their repayment options and the pros and cons of each option. We then take care of all of the student loan paperwork to accomplish our client's goal.
