Biography
Since graduating from law school, life-long resident of Augusta, Georgia, Brandon Elijah has provided legal services for and professional advice to hundreds of area locals. A founding partner at Burroughs Elijah, LLC, Brandon received his law degree from the Charleston School of Law, located in the heart of downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Prior to law school, Brandon received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government at Berry College, a liberal arts school in Rome, Georgia, about sixty miles northwest of Atlanta.
As a law student, Brandon interned for local Augustan, The Honorable Dudley H. Bowen, Jr., United States District Court, Southern District of Georgia and for the United States Attorney’s Office in Savannah, Georgia.
Immediately following his passing of the Georgia Bar Exam, Brandon went to work for one of Augusta’s most successful estate planning law practices. As an associate attorney at that firm, Brandon developed the legal knowledge and honed the skills necessary to provide superior estate planning for clients of all ages.
Brandon is licensed to practice in both Georgia and South Carolina.
He currently resides in Martinez, Georgia, near the Savannah River, with his yellow lab, Ellie.
