Alexander Martin Evans

Alex is a VA Accredited Attorney, an active member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, Wealth Counsel, and Elder Counsel a national association of estate planning attorneys. Alex previously served as the Vice-Chair of the Chicago Bar’s YLS Estate Planning Committee.

Prior to joining the firm, Alex served as an associate attorney at Daci Jett Law, LLC in Chicago, Illinois. His practice area focused on the use of wills, trusts, and efficient probate administration to help clients create comprehensive estate plans that achieved goals ranging from charitable legacies, tax avoidance, and most commonly, the easing of burden for his clients’ heirs.

Alex earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Charleston School of Law in South Carolina. During law school, Alex received CALI awards for excellence in Professional Responsibility, Sports Law, and Higher Education Law. Prior to law school, Alex graduated from Clemson University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in History, with a minor in Sociology.
