Katherine Noel Willett

I started Willett Legal, PLLC in 2020 as the next step in my goal to reach as many of my fellow Americans about the importance of having a comprehensive estate plan. Estate Planning and Elder Law issues matter to everyone, not just the wealthy among us. To this end, I offer complimentary phone consultations to all potential clients. If I can't help you, I will try to find the person or organization that can.

I grew up in China Grove, NC and attended UNC Chapel-Hill as an undergraduate. I graduated early and lived in Befast, Northern Ireland working for the State Department. Afterwards, I headed down to Georgia to attend Mercer Law School where I was active in the Moot Court program and served as Chair of Community Service all three years.

After law school, I clerked for the Honorable Eugene M. Benton before joining private practice in Atlanta, GA. Slowly making my way home, I partnered with an estate planning and elder law firm to open an office in Greenville, SC. Needing to be even closer to home, I moved my practice to NC and opened Willett Legal, where I continue to serve clients throughout the North Charlotte/Piedmont region with their estate planning and elder law needs.
