Robert Irvin Sussman

Robert helped me earlier this year with a case and I couldn't be happier with the results. The case was far from a cut and dry case and was a pretty emotional/traumatic experience for myself. Robert Sussman was referred to me through a friend. I had been served with a very concerning legal document and having a deputy sheriff show up....at my home...with this document...concerned me greatly! I thought, "I need good legal representation". I called a friend I trusted and she recommended Mr.... Sussman. I drove to Mr. Sussman's office....(even though he was on his way out to court)....and he stopped long enough to explain what this document meant and what were the series of steps involved in addressing this in court. I asked him if he would represent me and we had an hour long consultation the next day! He was awesome! He answered all my questions ...and he listened to me! When we went to court he was intimidating! (Mr. Sussman is at least 6'7" and a powerful....not to be underestimated.... presence in the courtroom.) The incorrect paperwork that I had been served with was thrown out and Mr. Sussman resolved all my issuses. I was overwhelmed! Very happy! All I can say is Mr. Sussman won my case! But, he did his homework and talked to witnesses and actually understood my case and my position. I felt as if Mr. Sussman was defending my honor. Robert worked the custody case for my son. As a father I felt my chances of coming out ahead were slim to nil but he reassured me and put in the necessary time without wasting his own time and my money.
