Impeccable Representation

I too was dismissed from a medical malpractice case. Being named as a defendant in a case is disruptive to ones practice, emotionally devastating, and creates great strains on relationships with family, friends, and colleagues. But Ben and his staff exceeded my expectations given my experience w...ith lawyers in other matters. Ben returned phone calls promptly every time. I was updated with detailed letters and phone calls of any new developments within days. When I thought I had enough and was ready to give up, he listened and responded with nothing but kind words of encouragement that kept me from unhealthy decisions. With Ben, you get a lawyer that knows his way around the legal system, is incredibly gifted, hard working and knowledgeable; couple that with a lawyer that understands the devastating effects a lawsuit has on a practicing physician and the implications it could have on their future. You will have a hard time finding one better than this lawyer if your looking for impeccable representation.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
