Chuck R. Pardue

Mr. Pardue and Dr. Seiter were wonderful in handling my case. I was appealing to get my rating increased, and it was successful (thanks to the advice and work of both Mr. Pardue and Dr. Seiter). The whole process only took about 6 months. From the start, I was advised (per the information I brou...ght in) on what steps I needed to take, what they could do for me, and my chances of success. They were both extremely knowledgeable on the process and the bureaucracy of the VA (both being veterans with several years of experience). I only had to show up to one appointment, and they took care of the rest (all of the paperwork, examinations, and filing). I went in to their office just looking for advice on the matter, as I was uncertain on whether appealing for an increase was in my best interest. They put me at ease. Four years into my husband's VA disability claim he was ready to give up. With less than a month left on his appeal period, I called Chuck Pardue and asked if he would review the claim. I am so glad I called. Even with the very short appeal deadline Mr. Pardue was able to have a doctor (Thomas Sei...ter, M.D.) review the massive amount of medical records, perform a complete physical examination, and render a medical opinion on specific issues of the case. Mr. Pardue then filed a very thorough, well documented appeal which clearly connected the service injuries to my husband's current conditions. We wont know the outcome for some time yet but I believe this appeal will make it difficult for the VA to dismiss the evidence of record. I certainly appreciate Mr. Pardue's and Dr. Seiter's willingness to work with us on such a short deadline.

Mr Pardue came highly recommended by another local law firm which was very familiar with the incredible success the Pardue Law Firm has had with representing/winning military and VA disability cases. Mr Pardue is currently working to help my husband get the VA disability benefits which he so right...ly deserves for his military service. Mr Pardue and his staff met with us several times, reviewed all letters of VA benefits denial, reviewed all doctor/hospital statements and evidence, reviewd my husband's military records thoroughly, and listened carefully to our concerns and issues surrounding my husband's particular case. He and his staff researched applicable VA regs, laws, and medical evidence pertaining to /supporting my husband's case; as well as, reviewed other similar legal cases to see how they were handled. After much analysis and preparation, he requested a hearing with the VA regional office in Atlanta, traveled there to represent my husband, and did an outstanding job of presenting our case. This resulted in my husband being evaluated by another VA QTC medical doctor. The outcome of that evaluation is not yet known at this time, but I feel confident that all will go in our favor. Additionally, Mr. Pardue informed us of other VA medical benefits for which my husband is entitled and encouraged us to file for those. Mr. Pardue and his staff handled everything, which took a big load off my shoulders since I am my husband's only care provider. He assured us that he would continue to work our case until we are successful in getting all the disability VA benefits my husband is rightfully entitled to. Mr Pardue and his staff are not only very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled in what they do; they keep you informed, respond adequately to your needs in a timely manner, and show genuine care and concern for you as a person. I can't think of any other attorney I would want to represent my husband at this time.

This man helped in a military dispute while my husband was deployed to Afghanistan. He was fair in his fee and went above and beyond.
