VA Compensation Upgrade

chuck explained to me the process and the rights I have as a veteran that I would have never none. For instance I would never had known about a post service connected but now that he mentioned it, it made sense. Also exlplained in great detail on the process to get my VA filed quickly and any denial,... all appeals will go through him. My decision came back in a very timely manner. A lot sooner than I expected and I am very satisfied with the decision I received. It was amazing. I would recommend Chuck and his team to many others whom may not no what they are entitled to. They are a blessing and I thank them from the bottom of my.

Professional Caring Team

At my first interview Mr Pardue heard my history and immeaditatly knew what to do. I couldn't believe he acted so fast. He scheduled an exam with Dr. T.J. Seiter who did a very thorough physical exam concerning all my issues. At that time he filled out 3 different forms called DBQ's. Then he reviewed... that with me and discovered further information pertaining to my disabilities . I just couldn't believe how knowledgeable and caring He was to me as he was researching his V.A. manuals to further support my claim. . He also referred me to another Dr.,Dr Patrick Weichert who was also so caring and understanding and through his interview with me discovered further evidence to support and build upon my claim. I just can't say enough how surprised and relieved My wife and I were when we were awarded the full disability ! The entire team at the Chuck Pardue law firm were so very helpful on everything,,but especially Dr. T.J. Seiter. I've truly never met such a kind,,hard working ,compassionate man who truly cares about the Veteran,/client and works extra hard for you. God Bless them all and I highly recommend the Pardue Law Firm.

Absolutely Phenomenal VA Disability/Military Compensation Lawyer

To say the least, my experience with Military Disability and Compensation prior to getting out was abysmal . I was severely injured while serving and sustained many injuries requiring extensive surgeries to correct. After going through the medical board evaluation process multiple times and through n...umerous appeals I was left completely hopeless and defeated. Upon getting out, I was extremely hesitant to apply to the VA and receive compensation evaluations, as I assumed the process would be equally as strenuous, tedious, and defeating. After being recommended by a coworker to Mr. Pardue and Dr. Seiter I was still very apprehensive as I had little experience with lawyers and as most people are aware, the stereotypes surrounding injury law vary significantly, and aren't always inspiring. Mr. Pardue literally shattered all misconceptions and misgivings I had regarding not only lawyers, but the disability process in general. The nightmare of trudging through documents and praying you have the right code for whatever disability you think you may or may not have, and pouring through the onslaught of thousands of different disability codes became a dream come true through these exceptional individuals. Dr. Seiter and Mr. Pardue kept in constant contact and spent countless hours with me pinning down the right disabilities and right codes for each, answering all my questions thoroughly, and involving me in each step of the process, custom tailoring my claim to my experience enabling it for success. They were there from the inception of my new claim and afterwards with the submission of additional claims, and worked with me and my family ensuring the greatest level of understanding and knowledge was achieved by my family and I. I truly don't know what I would have done without their help, I owe them the world, as they have made the world of difference in our lives. If you have any apprehension about contacting these two, understandably as I did, they have my contact number and I encourage you to ask for it and contact me for my personal experience and recommendation. I would be more than happy to help any veteran receive help through these two incredible individuals. I have nothing but extolling praise for this legal team, if I could give 6/5 stars I would. The cost is trivial and negligible in the scheme of things, as the time you will save, the peace of mind, and the outcome of your claims will more than drastically offset any expense incurred. Please, I encourage any vet, at any stage of the claims process to do themselves a life changing favor and call them, at least for a consult. You'd be amazed at the difference they can make in not only your claim, but your lives.

Knowledgeable and Exceptional VA Disability Claim Support

Based on the VA disability claim support provided by Dr. Seiter at Chuck Pardue Law, I was able to secure a favorable rating from the VA for my disability claim. Dr. Seiter is very knowledgeable of the policies and procedures that govern filing VA claims and he is skilled at identifying and linking m...edical conditions to military service. Dr. Seiter handled my claim in a timely and constructive way. He took time to explain to me the things that I should target for a favorable decision and he prepared the required documents to support my claim. I highly recommend him and this law firm to any veteran that feels like they have been treated unjustly by the VA system or simply are not sure how to go about the VA claim process on their own.
