He has a refined way of balancing compassionate with tough "love". He may not always tell you what you want to hear, but you can count on him to tell you what you need. He stepped on my toes a time or two and I stepped on his, but in the end I believe we have a mutual business respect for each other. He is not an easy person to make contact with, but when you do it is worth the effort when he handles your case.
