This attorney was truly the best attorney I have ever encountered in my life (and I’ve talked to many). I was just calling around to get advice on my very sticky situation, and Horace answered my call and talked to me for quite some time and gave me amazing advice. He was so understanding, sympatheti...c, honest and humble. I highly recommend him and we plan on doing business with him when it comes down to it. Look no further for an attorney, because HE is the one!

Do not I repeat, Do not get this lawyer. I hired this lawyer to handle a legitimate case almost 5 months ago and the lack of communication that he gave was so unacceptable. It would take him sometimes two weeks at a time to respond and his excuse will be, I'm super busy, I was in court all day. My co...unterpart's lawyer issued a discovery in May in which I had to answer within 30 days or be subject to pay their attorney's fees. He told me about this in August. He made it hard for me to trust lawyers ever, even though I know there are some good ones out there. I only spoke to him maybe four times and I had to blow his phone up to get that. Now I'm in the process of getting another lawyer to take my case. So inconvenient.

I hired him based upon a recommendation. I had a simple civil issue that needed to be resolved. At some point, this Attorney seems to have forgotten who he was working for an instead attacked me while letting the violator in this case continue to violate me. Turns out, I didn't even need to use this... attorney at all. I filed a credit card chargeback on my own in just a few minutes.

A few days ago I posted a negative review for this lawyer out of frustration. Since I cannot figure out how to erase the comment I would like to post a new comment regarding this lawyer. Mr. Sawyer has contacted me regarding my case with pertinent information that was case sensitive. He explained why... the delay to my satisfaction and I would like to apologize for jumping the gun in this situation. If you need an honest lawyer, Mr. Sawyer is upfront and honest and the right person to use if you are willing to be patient and wait until he can perform his job in the time frame needed. He will be honest with you if you let. Please consider using this lawyer for any of your legal needs.

Last year I got a speeding ticket in Georgia while driving to Missouri. I was referred to Mr. Sawyer and contacted him immediately. He was honest with me about the seriousness of the situation (the ticket was for quite a bit over the posted speed limit) and calmed my fears. My subsequent calls and... e-mails were always returned promptly and professionally. Mr. Sawyer took care of everything, I didn't even need to show up in court. I could not have asked for a better lawyer or better results. I highly recommend Mr. Sawyer and would definitely use his services again.
