Mark Douglas Brimberry

I was arrested for felony marijuana possession in March 2014 and hired Mark brimberry to be my attorney. I originally had a bail of 35,000 but Mr Brimberry had me released on OR saving me $3500. I was very pleased in the money I had saved and was thinking he would be a great attorney. After I got out... of jail I would call his office to see how my case was going but could never get in contact with Mr Brimberry himself constantly leaving messages with the Secretary. When I was able to speak to him about my case it was clear that he had done nothing else with it and would say he was trying to reach the defense attorney. 2 years later in 2016 the case had actually gotten worse and my charges had been moved up to intent to sell. I started getting angry with not being able to ever contact him out get a straight answer. Finally he said that he got me the deal of a life time in which I would be on probation for 2 years. Waiting for him to call me back to tell me I was able to go start probation I went and consulted with another attorney. This attorney was 2 thousand dollars cheaper than Brimberry and after 2 WEEKS all charges had been dropped and my record was clean. Save yourself the headache and get an attorney from the beginning that will actually get better results (literally years quicker) and not spend so much money.
