My daughter got into some trouble at 17, it was a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I was afraid and did not want my daughter's chances at success to be ruined over a stupid mistake. From the first phone call to Attorney Hall I was at ease!!!! He diligently worked on my daughter's c...ase, kept us informed and was there every step of the way. I was even more impressed to see him in action in the courtroom. He presented facts and was a true advocate for my daughter. We had to attend court two days and he was there and working on her behalf the whole time. Needless to say, my daughter will not have a criminal record, but she will pay for that stupid mistake, her punishment was fair and enough to teach her a lesson. Thank you Attorney Hall!!! In 2015 I was charged with my 3rd felony posession of marijuana with intent to distribute, making me a recividist offender. Therefore, I had little hope of being sentenced to anything less then several years in prison. Mr. Hall, however, was able to do more for me than I could have dreamed of. Firs...t, he treated me with the utmost dignity & respect. He worked my case with diligence & efficiency. He was able to get me before the Judge very quickly & had the Judge agree to my release (!!) if I were able to get into the VA's outpatient substance abuse program. Due to the VA's policies they had to meet with me in person which seemed like an insurmountable roadblock and was quite discouraging. Mr. Hall managed to have the Judge agree to an unsupervised furlough day were I was released at 5am and allowed to travel 2 hrs away to Augusta Ga for my appointments at the Va before returning back to jail that night. After being accepted into the program Mr. Hall had the Judge sign the Order for my release bypassing an additional hearing & I was released after spending only 4 1/2 months in jail! I cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Hall. If your case is challenging I would recommend that you secure Mr. Hall as counsel and am positive that you would not regret it. I will forever be indebted to him for going above and beyond for me.

Absolutely Wonderful... I kinda knew it by first intial phone conversation that I already felt good about this guy, he was actual my court appointed attorney and I was lucky to get him!! He went above and beyond and did more than excpected! A great plp person, honest and definitely knows his way arou...nd... I only have great things to say about this attorney and not that I plan on needing any legal assistance in the future but if I do I promise this is the guy I will put in my corner to represent me. I was charged with DUI, even though they had me blow three times on the breathalyzer and it came back at below .08, and I wasn't even driving at the time. So, my family said Gordon Hall was a great attorney. I called him and got an appointment. When I spoke to him face to face, he told me his pla...n, so I felt good about hiring him. I basically hired him because there was no way I was going down for DUI when I wasn't even drunk. He looked at my history (not my first DUI charge), listened to me and said he would get the evidence, etc. It took some time because of the way the court system works, but he got the charges dismissed. I would definitely use him again and tell everyone who thinks they were unfairly charged with a DUI to use Gordon Hall.
