Amazing Attorney!
I hired Mr Hall to defend my son in a case where the state was trying to railroad him. Mr Hall diligently and expertly handled the case and we received a 5 times reduced offer from the state that was more acceptable and we came to an agreement. Without the hard work of Mr Hall, my son would've been a...

Absolute Trash
I have never been more disappointed in any service as much as I have been with Mr.Hall. He’s a very unpleasant person to deal with and seems to be a nightmare to his staff. I’d recommend him if you need something simple done cheap but other than that he lacks the experience and worth ethic to be a ve...
Please read the multitude of reviews about cases that I accepted where I have made the difference and positively changed someone’s life. There are so many wonderful things about being a lawyer, but there is one depressing part. It is not all the long hours of reading and preparing questions to cross examine the police, that is exciting, in a nerdy way. No… the most depressing part is feeling the pain and struggle your client is going through having been wrongfully accused or over-zealously prosecuted. In those situations, I try to share with my clients that I cannot take away the wrongful burden that some other person, maybe an officer, or even a bad statute or law, has created for them; nevertheless, that is why lawyers like me exist, to fight against injustice. My goal is always to step my client through the process, which is riddled with “in-side baseball concepts” that confuse most people. For this reason, I am unable to accept every case for which I receive a request. I only accept cases that have subject matter in my expertise AND that I have the time to handle. I have asked other good lawyers about their caseload, and I believe I accept only one third to one half of what other top lawyers accept. Unfortunately, I have unintentionally disappointed some people when I have been forced to decline their case, but I believe, even at the risk of being put down, that I am being humble and true to that potential client who consults me, when I tell them I cannot accept their case. That way they are free to retain the best lawyer for the particular facts of their case. The above vague review is headlined with a nasty, heated personal attack, which is bizarre and unbalanced after one brief consultation. Something does not add up. I doubt this anonymous person consulted with me because their claims are speculative, while an actual consultation would have yielded specific observations that a person stands behind. This appears to be one person from an opposing party posting multiple bad reviews. I do upset a lot of opposing parties. Even if this is a real person that received an initial consultation with me, I did not accept the case, so they have no firsthand knowledge about dealing with me beyond a brief phone call; they never could have seen me interact with my staff; they have no knowledge of the multitude of complex cases that I have handled over the years; and they have no knowledge of my work ethic. The claims made in the review are contradicted by my long list of accomplishments and my standing in the community. Besides that, the whole review is a violation of the community guidelines policy of this website, which exist to protect you, the reader, from in-accurate and fake reviews. Either way, I allow people to have their say, and then I judge based on facts. If you give me the honor of providing an initial, confidential, and protected consultation, then I will absolutely try to be pleasant, and if we need to talk about unpleasant things, then I will be compassionate. I will give the experience that I have, even if it is unpleasant. When I must give advice that a client may not want to hear, I do not sugar coat it. I understand that some people do not like this style, but it is the secret to my success and an integral part of who I am. I am decisive about what action should be taken. What I do is, I tell a client what the problem or obstacle is, and then I tell them what I propose to do to resolve the problem and overcome the obstacle. I posted this detailed response because I truly care about everyone with whom I consult, and I take criticism very seriously because I want to learn from it and be a better lawyer. Whatever my shortcomings may be, I also have accrued a tremendous list of assets that many people do not possess, and I will use everything on that list to help my clients. Thank you for considering my representation. I would be honored to meet you and to learn about your matter and how I can help.

The Worst Attorney I ever met
Mr. Hall is very unprofessional. As I spoke with him he used a lot of foul language and always joking, he didn't seem to take my case serious at all. He is also hard to get in contact with. I would definitely not recommended this attorney to anybody. The worst I ever spoke with.
This person is anonymous, although, I believe I know what happened. I answered the phone on my way out to lunch, and was grateful to give this person my lunch hour because I could sense they were hurting. I told them based on the facts they provided I would likely succeed in achieving an ultimate dismissal. They decided to retain me but did not have any money. We agreed to meet in one week. They called back an hour later demanding to talk to me, yet I was in an appointment with another person at that instant. When I am in a meeting with someone, I focus totally on that person until the meeting is concluded. When my appointment concluded, I received the message from two of my assistants. I called this person back immediately. This person was rude to me complaining about my staff. So, I informed them that it would not be possible for me to provide representation if they could not be polite to my assistants. I wished this person good luck and respectfully declined the representation. Right afterward I was shocked to read this review. This person contradicts their own statements. If they did not believe that I have expertise and professionalism, then they would not have called me back after the initial consultation. I take all my cases very seriously and have devoted everything to service of those in need in this community where I was raised. This person made this post because they are mad that I declined to represent them. I cannot represent everyone who seeks my representation. I only take a case if I know I have the expertise to do a good job and if the person is willing to be polite and work with my legal team. This person was not willing to work with my legal team, so they made a bad post to get back at me. My concern is that someone in need of help would miss a valuable legal opinion because they read that post and felt they could not approach me. I would be honored to provide anyone with an initial consultation. I encourage people to inquire about my professionalism directly with personnel in the courthouse, who have witnessed my professional conduct and ability first hand. If you are reading this review because you or a loved one have legal questions or concerns and you need someone to talk to, then you are always welcome to call or visit and I will treat you professionally, with respect, and with my whole heart.
