My daughter got into some trouble at 17, it was a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I was afraid and did not want my daughter's chances at success to be ruined over a stupid mistake. From the first phone call to Attorney Hall I was at ease!!!! He diligently worked on my daughter's c...ase, kept us informed and was there every step of the way. I was even more impressed to see him in action in the courtroom. He presented facts and was a true advocate for my daughter. We had to attend court two days and he was there and working on her behalf the whole time. In 2015 I was charged with my 3rd felony posession of marijuana with intent to distribute, making me a recividist offender. Therefore, I had little hope of being sentenced to anything less then several years in prison. Mr. Hall, however, was able to do more for me than I could have dreamed of. Firs...t, he treated me with the utmost dignity & respect. He worked my case with diligence & efficiency. He was able to get me before the Judge very quickly & had the Judge agree to my release (!!) if I were able to get into the VA's outpatient substance abuse program. Due to the VA's policies they had to meet with me in person which seemed like an insurmountable roadblock and was quite discouraging. Mr. Hall managed to have the Judge agree to an unsupervised furlough day were I was released at 5am and allowed to travel 2 hrs away to Augusta Ga for my appointments at the Va before returning back to jail that night. After being accepted into the program Mr. Hall had the Judge sign the Order for my release bypassing an additional hearing & I was released after spending only 4 1/2 months in jail! I cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Hall. If your case is challenging I would recommend that you secure Mr. Hall as counsel and am positive that you would not regret it. I will forever be indebted to him for going above and beyond for me.

My wife bond was revoked and her public defender went before the judge and to no surprise didn't say anything at all or defend my wig in any way m. So when u left I knew I had to find her an attorney I spoke to a lawyer in Decatur who did more scaring me then anything but when I spoke to Gordon Hall ...he kept it real but he gave me hope and reassured me that everything will be ok and we'll needless to say he got my wife charges dismissed and she is back home. HE GOT MY WIFE BACK HOME TO ME! I definitely recommend Gordon Hall with no hesitation.

Gordon Hall is absolutely the best attorney I have ever come across he doesn't give you false hope but he doesn't let you down. Anybody that has been arrested in Newton county knows it is not easy to get out of but Gordon Hall never let me down. He stayed in constant communication with me, even at ja...il I never had to worry about if my lawyer was on the case. He had my defense ready as if we were going to trial and it was just a preliminary hearing but because of that readiness they dismissed all my charges at the preliminary hearing, which is unheard of you normally leave preliminary hearings with more charges but I left there not only a free woman but with a clean slate and no more court dates. He doesn't beat around the bush he tell you the good the bad and the ugly but he puts his best foot forward. Gordon Hall was definitely God sent and I thank God for him everyday I'm free. My son was looking at losing his license for a year with lots of other fines. And he is from out of state so made it a lot harder on him. But we hired Gordon Hall could not have made a better decision. he was great. I would definitely hire him again and would highly recommend him. Very nice man. Didn...'t meet him until the day of court so naturally we was nervous. But he came in did his job and did it good. Very pleased with what he did for my son.
