My wife bond was revoked and her public defender went before the judge and to no surprise didn't say anything at all or defend my wig in any way m. So when u left I knew I had to find her an attorney I spoke to a lawyer in Decatur who did more scaring me then anything but when I spoke to Gordon Hall ...he kept it real but he gave me hope and reassured me that everything will be ok and we'll needless to say he got my wife charges dismissed and she is back home. Gordon Hall is absolutely the best attorney I have ever come across he doesn't give you false hope but he doesn't let you down. Anybody that has been arrested in Newton county knows it is not easy to get out of but Gordon Hall never let me down. He stayed in constant communication with me, even at ja...il I never had to worry about if my lawyer was on the case. He had my defense ready as if we were going to trial and it was just a preliminary hearing but because of that readiness they dismissed all my charges at the preliminary hearing, which is unheard of you normally leave preliminary hearings with more charges but I left there not only a free woman but with a clean slate and no more court dates. He doesn't beat around the bush he tell you the good the bad and the ugly but he puts his best foot forward. Gordon Hall was definitely God sent and I thank God for him everyday I'm free. When I was charged with a felony, I couldn't think of anyone better to call other than Gordon Hall. Gordon Hall has been a family friend for years and I've always viewed him as a stand-up guy in life, but I never thought I'd need him as an attorney for an actual case. After reading about the outcome of Mr. Hall's work successfully defending his client for murder charges, I recommended my uncle to hire him as an attorney for my cousins numerous criminal charges. He went above and beyond, and agreed to take his case even though it involved charges in other states a...nd a long drive. Mr. Hall drove over three hours to meet with my cousin several times, but mainly had numerous phone call consultations due to the distance. He let my cousin know all the offers the prosecution was willing to take so my cousin would know all his options. It took a lot of negotiation for all his charges. Based on the evidence, Hall was able to get most of the charges dropped against my cousin for what everyone and my family agrees was the best outcome for the charges in the case (which could have resulted in a life sentence but didn't -Thank God!!!- due to Hall's work). When surprise - wrong place at the wrong time - last year I found myself wrongly accused/charged with a felony crime, I went to Gordon Hall. He reviewed the evidence and listened to my story and presented my defense in such a great way that my charges were dropped. I don't regret the dollar amount spent because he's not the cheapest but also not the highest lawyer out there ($250/hour is cheap for any attorney so good for you if you can get that rate). Plus, he worked with me on the payment because being in jail makes money tight. But I tell you what, he's the best I've found and my entire family agrees. Don't leave your life up to an overworked under-paid public defender! Every penny spent was worth it because now I have my life back when it could have gone another way had it not been for Gordon Hall. He's definitely my lawyer for life and I recommend him to anyone I hear of having trouble.
