Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I have worked with Craig Jones on an excessive force, deprivation of civil rights 1983 action and found his experience, understanding of all legal issues, and abilities to be well beyond the understanding of others who practice in this area. I would recommend Craig Jones in any area of litigation, as his demonstrated ability to screen, clarify and target the issues and tenaciously pursue results has been impressive."

"I endorse this lawyer with the highest recommendation. I am a lawyer that needed a lawyer. Several lawyers told me I needed a lawyer's lawyer and that was Craig T. Jones. He is a bulldog, relentless, creative, knows the law (I think he has a photographic memory) and is a great negotiator. He understands the rhythm of negotiation and is a psychologist in terms of getting into the counterparty's head. If I were facing Craig as an opponent, I would consider settling. Juries love him, judges respect his way around the court room, and all clients really care about are results and he gets results - I know this first hand. In my own case, I was willing to settle at one point and Craig smiled and shook his head and said "not yet." Sure enough, Craig squeezed more juice out of the orange. I think Craig is so good at what he does because he loves litigating and is passionate about getting justice done, especially for the underdog. I know of no litigator more skilled than Craig."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
