Melissa Machen Chapman (f/k/a Melissa Machen Shannahan) has been practicing law for 20 years. She is a Georgia native and is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Maryland. She graduated with a B.S. from Vanderbilt University in 1997 and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2003.
