And in almost every case, the client's underlying problem and his or her need to deal with the legal system are profoundly stressful experiences, with high stakes and heightened emotions.  I devote myself to each case. I respect each client's need for information and communication, always recognizing that in every case the ultimate decisions, as well as the ultimate practical consequences, belong to the client.
