Biography
Natalie E. Elkins devotes her career to the representation of injured workers before the State Board of Workers’ Compensation and the appellate courts of Georgia. She has written and presented on many cases pertaining to Georgia workers’ compensation law.
Prior to joining Gerber & Holder in 2018, Natalie represented employers, insurers, self-insurers, and third-party administrators in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. In 2018, Natalie decided to "switch sides" and dedicate her practice solely to the representation of injured workers. Her experience working for both insurers and injured workers enables her to navigate the workers’ compensation system effectively on behalf of her clients.
