If there’s only one other Attorney in the world I’d suggest finding them ! My personal experience with Nancy Tomlinson was like working with a turtle on downers . We paid her $500 of $2,000 just for her to drag her feet for months and send a few emails. We were trying to get a court date for our son ...to get out of juvenile detention because he was totally railroaded by the system ! My wife and I got more done on our own with our sons case than she could have ever done. She’s not very energetic about getting anything done in my opinion. Seems as though she was trying to drag out our sons time while doing as little as possible. If I didn’t know any better I’d say she had no intentions on getting our son a court date. Seems as though she just wanted to make a quick $2,000 for nothing, but that’s my opinion. I’d definitely check into others if there’s an option.
