Mr. Cleveland was great. He was very attentive and responsive to all of my questions and the details of my case. I was in an auto accident with multiple other vehicles. Always eager to make ME understand what was going on. In fact, they called me more then I call them for updates. He never promised me anything that was unattainable. His interest and care was genuine. I have no regrets in my decision. I highly recommend him.
