The Case: Client came home from work to find her back fence neighbor's two pit bulls in her back back yard. She called Animal Control and took her dog outside her front door and down the street for a ... walk. One of the pit bulls jumped on the air conditioner unit and over the fence and rushed down the street to attack her and her dog. She suffered a viscous wound in the form of de-gloving of the skin on her forearm. The Result: After an extensive investigation, tit was determined that the Pit Bull's owner had limited assets and their homeowner's insurer tendered their policy limits.
