I am 67 years old and have never been arrested or had any charges against me. Ex tried arresting me after a disagreement from custody. (Interference ). First time I went it was dismissed from an error on ex part of filing, but judge said if it wasn't for the wrong date I would have been arrested immediately. Ex filed again with correct date this time I hired Mr cain bec...ause the hearing was more complicated then I expected first time. Mr cain kept in touch thru the time from hiring to court hearing. Seem to know law very well and prepared for the unexpected. We didn't have to go thru hearing. He got in dismissed within 5 mins of the opening. I will be filing for custody in family court and I trust him to be fully prepared when the time come. He is professional and calm. I have gone thru numerous lawyers the past 2 years and all seem to be good sales men. Then once hired they seem to do the minimum and make up excuses and leave you hanging once things get complicated. MR cain didn't seem like he was selling himself when I interviewed him. This was a year long case over $15,000 was spent. The mother of my child refused to let me see my son so I turned to Adam Cain. He promised many things none of which where completed. It’s been extremely difficult to get in contact with him or his secretary. I would call and leave voice mails and woul...d not get a call back until a few days later. I understand he may have been busy but you’ve got to make time for your clients. Three of the four times we had court he would show up late not five minutes late, as much as 30-40 minutes late. The majority of the responses regarding the mother’s wants instead of coming to an agreement was settled with him telling me to “just agree” on whatever she had wanted instead of working out an arrangement we’d both be happy with. I’m not at all satisfied with the results just happy it’s over with.
