Lack of communication. No real legal advice. Waste of money. Should have went with a public defender
Mark handled my case terribly. There was little or no communication and I feel my case was a dead end in the beginning but was lead to believe I had a chance. Total waste of money

A Super Lawyer & Lifesaver!!!
Mr. Gaffney saved my career from ruin due to a crazed roommate and sorry-assed DeKalb police officer. I appreciate how he worked with me. Without him, I'd probably have a criminal record and would have lost my job, home, etc. He is knowledgeable and plays his hand well.

Excellent Lawyer!
My son was in a lot of trouble and Mr. Gaffney handled the case and got the charges dismissed. He got my son a bond and saved his job. Thank you Mr. Gaffney. You really care.

Not good
I was pleased I was able to get an appointment since I had to return to NC; but then his secretary called and he could not see me. I asked if I could maybe see him in January (it was November) since I needed to probate a will and was clueless about how to do it. He called me back and was very, very...
