My attorney, Brett Turner, was an excellent attorney. I am a "do it now", kind of person. My case took 2 years to resolve. Brett Turner handled my DUI case very well, this was my second DUI in 5 years and I had no idea what kind I was in for with this one. I met with Brett Turner based on a recommendation by one of my family members and when I gave Brett the details of my arrest, he didn't sugar-coat anything and he gave... me no 'false guarantees' in regard to my case. He was honest in telling me that given the circumstances of my arrest, he COULD NOT guarantee me any victory in court but he would happily do his very best at defending me and putting my best interests first. I am pleased to announce that one week ago today, Brett told me that as long as I could pay all negotiated fines and reconcile these balances today, he could have the case closed and the charges diminished to Reckless Driving.
