I first consulted with Mr. Carr for my options under the bankruptcy laws before engaging his services. Mr. Carr provided excellent advice and guidance through the entire process. His expertise in Bankruptcy Law enabled me to resolve a number of difficult issues and to move forward to a successful c...onclusion. Mr. Carr takes the time to explain the intricacies in a way that you can understand them without ever talking down to you. This is rare in today's legal profession based on my previous experiences with legal matters. I will be engaging Mr. Carr's services in the future when I need legal assistance. Quentin Carr is a kind, caring and knowledgeable attorney. He never failed to reassure us each step of the way through our bankruptcy. My only suggestion for improvement is phone coverage at the Clarkesville office.. If you call at lunch time for instance, all you get is voicemail. We got lost going... to the courthouse for our hearing and couldn't find anyone in that office to help us with directions. Arrived too late for our hearing. Fortunately, it was rescheduled. There needs to be a "human" on phone duty at all times during business hours.
