Quentin Ray Carr

I was apprehensive, as most folks probably are when considering a bankruptcy. Quentin immediately put me at ease. I was considering Ch. 11 at our first meeting. At our second Quentin suggested Ch. 7, as a better solution for my situation and explained the pros and cons of each. As always questions ca...me up that I emailed Quentin about, all were answered promptly and professionally! I can't recommend Quentin and Carr Law high enough!

I looked in the telephone book for bankruptcy attorneys. I selected The Carr Group. I called for an appointment for an initial consultation. Upon arriving I met Mr. Quentin Carr who specializes in bankruptcy law. He talked with me about bankruptcy, what caused it and how we would work through the ... process to get back on the right track. He explained what we needed to do first , what material and information that I needed to collect, what I needed to do with this information, the steps of the bankruptcy process and of course the fee and what it covered. I gathered the material needed and took it to his office. Within a week the office called for another appointment . Mr. Carr had gone over my material. At the meeting we went over the material together and he explained the material and asked if I had any questions, needed to add anything or if I had forgotten anything. He sent the information into the court or trustee. A time was set by the court or trustee for a bankruptcy hearing in Gainesville. Mr. Carr and I went over the process and all the questions that would be asked by the trustee at this meeting. The day of the hearing Mr. Carr arrived promptly and we discussed if I had any questions before the meeting. The meeting with the trustee went exactly as he said it would. After the meeting he asked if I had any questions and told me I would receive a discharge in about two months. He is very knowledgeable and very professional in the area of bankruptcy law. I would recommend Mr. Quentin Carr as a qualified attorney in bankruptcy law.

Working with Quentin during such a difficult personal time made the entire process of bankruptcy so much easier. He is knowledgeable, easy to get in contact with, and quick to answer questions in a timely manner. While you cannot expect someone who will let you cry on his shoulder, he is extremely he...lpful in the matters of understanding what you need to do and that you are not a bad person for going through the bankruptcy process. His no nonsense, non sugarcoating approach is refreshing. I have a tendency to beat myself up and feel guilty about things, but there is no sense of judgement from Quentin or anyone in his office. This is not always the case even when you're working with a professional in a given field. I never plan to have to go through this again, but if I did, he would absolutely be my choice and I would recommend him to anyone needing legal representation or consult.

Quentin was recommended to me from a friend and I sure wish he had been recommended sooner to me!
