We are passionate about helping our clients through life's most difficult times. Recently adding a Gainesville location to our existing Clarkesville and Cleveland locations makes it even more convenient for our clients, wherever they are located! Whether you have been injured in a major car accident, are facing divorce or custody/support issues, or need help navigating through financial issues, we specialize in finding the best possible solution for our clients. Our firm consists of myself and my two siblings (Spencer and Emiy) and yes, we are all three attorneys. We practice in many different areas of law and can handle most legal issues. Our attorneys are family and we treat our clients like family, which is not too common in the legal industry. Our clients definitely see the difference. We represent people all over northeast Georgia, from Athens to Atlanta, and from Dahlonega to Clayton and everywhere in between. Thorough and an example of professionalism
Mr Carr did a great job of explaining the laws applicable to my situation and was dead on with his projected schedule with the courts. I was well prepared for the hearing by Mr Carr - and knew exactly haw to answer any questions. It went very smoothly.

Rather than drag out the inevitable for years, seek professional consultation as soon as you see trouble on the horizon.
