I met with Quentin regarding a fairly large (from my perspective) collection suit. He was very clear and personable in our consultation. We talked about what expectations were reasonable, and the options available to me. Bottom line, we formulated an objective plan which he carried off 'to the le...tter'. I obtained results that were consistent with my intent; without his input and expertise, I was unclear on what was reasonable and the options and full consequences of the choice of options before me. He advised me of what actions I should undertake and what he could provide in straightforward communication. I am obviously a satisfied client :-).
