My doctor recommended that I contact Prakash (PK) Patel when I was involved in a car accident. I cannot express how grateful I am for the recommendation and for PK! From the initial meeting, I knew I wanted PK to represent me. Throughout the whole process, PK was always very professional, thorough..., and determined. He kept me informed every step of the way, and answered my many questions promptly. PK literally took care of everything, alleviating the stress that was mounting at the thought of having to deal with insurance companies, lawyers, medical bills, etc. Not only is he passionate about his work, he also truly cares about you as an individual. I had never taken the time to write a review but though I needed to as it relates to my experience with PK and his firm. I was involved in a T-Bone accident over 2 yrs ago. During this time and even to date have discomfort and pain from this accident. Hearing horror stories of dealing with attorneys ...was just another pain I didn't want to deal with at the time. This experience dealing with PK was a level that my husband and I never expected. He cared, his communication style, his patience to listen to me constantly complain about the pain that I was in was a true indication that we made the right decision to have him represent us in our case. I would constantly get calls updating us every step of the way to include calls just checking on me to see where the pain level was at. Making calls to doctors to get me set up for some pain relief. Thru this process I didn't look at him as an attorney because he did so much more especially making sure I was out of as much pain as possible. An amazing attorney and an amazing human individual that actually cares about you no matter how much of a pain I was to him as a client. Thank you PK
