I am an employment attorney who specializes in post-employment restrictive covenants (e.g., non-compete, non-solicit, and non-recruitment provisions) and trade secret law. I also have expertise and experience with a wide range of employment law and HR-related matters, including: discrimination law; workplace harassment; whistleblower issues; workplace investigations; hiring, performance-management, and discharge; employment policies/procedures; family/medical leaves; and disability accommodation. I am a proficient litigator with considerable experience in both state and federal court.
I also perform third-party workplace investigations. I am a mediator as well.
