Commercial litigator primarily practicing in the areas of business, contract, construction, and real estate litigation.
After 19 years of practicing law for respected firms in Atlanta and then Phoenix, I came home to start The Stovall Law Firm. I grew up in Gwinnett County and now live and practice in the Cumming area. I am excited to offer quality legal services to businesses and individuals in Metro Atlanta and North Georgia.
I am a commercial litigator primarily practicing in the areas of business, contract, construction, and real estate litigation. I have broad experience in many areas of civil litigation and providing general business counsel, such as contract and commercial lease review. I love to take on new challenges and learn new areas of law, but if it's my professional opinion that another attorney would be better suited to handle your matter, I will gladly provide a referral.
Throughout my career I have contributed my legal skills to the community through groups whose mission I support, such as pro-life pregnancy centers, the Alliance Defending Freedom, and other ministries.
