I had hire an attorney back in February 2023. The attorney that was assigned to me caught covid so my case was given to other attorney in that office. It was a back and forth with documentation that was turned in that was incomplete. I was frustrated, disappointed and stress out with the attorney ap...proach to my case. After 14 months later we finally had our first mediation. I thought after this session we made some progress until she( MY EX WIFE now) got an lawyer. At this time I couldn't figure out why because there was information that she didn't share during the mediation or with her lawyer in my opinion. I didn't feel comfortable or confident with my lawyer anymore. So I started looking for another lawyer. My cousin's friend referred Ms. Hanyard to me because she went through a divorce case as well. Thanks to Nicol Hanyard for representing me with my maiden name change. My divorce was filled but my name was not changed on my divorce paperwork and I was very eagered on returning back to my maiden name and working with Nicol it was done very quickly.
