Amiable and Knowledgeable
I consulted with Esquire Libby this August about preventing a conservator from blocking the sale of our family home of over 50 years. His depth of knowledge and experience is deep. I found him to be quite amiable as well.

"RE: METRO ATLANTA PROBATE LAWYER KASEY LIBBY! I do not usually give recommendations, however, I feel compelled to let people know about Atlanta probate lawyer Kasey Libby. I want to share this with you because I know the lawyer you choose to represent you has a tremendous impact on the outcome of your case. The truth is, not all lawyers are equal in their ability, care, effort, or resources they put into any given case. Nor do they provide the same level of service, have the same knowledge, or give same level of representation to clients. In fact, many lawyers do not to do everything they can to advance and win your case. Kasey Libby is the exception. He is a rare breed of lawyer. Kasey Libby's representation of his clients is diligent and exceptional, relentless, and second to none. Nor does Kasey Libby charge excessive fees. Kasey Libby treats and represents his clients in a remarkable way. I am honored to give him my highest recommendation. Duncan H. Adams, Esq."
