Amiable and Knowledgeable

I consulted with Esquire Libby this August about preventing a conservator from blocking the sale of our family home of over 50 years. His depth of knowledge and experience is deep. I found him to be quite amiable as well.

Attorney Libby worked on a case for me, and I found him to be very competent ,and highly effective legal professional.Mr Libby is a legal genius.

Wonderful to Work With

I highly recommend Kasey Libby with Libby Law Firm. Mr. Libby has a thorough knowledge of the law and is excellent in explaining all options, possible outcomes and consequences available in terms that are readily understandable. He is very personable but can also be very firm when needed in gettin...g action. Mr. Libby was an adamant representative for my rights and stood up to aggressive tactics from opposing counsel. I was extremely with my representation by Mr. Libby.

Professional and responsive.

I was the administrator of my mom's simple will and did most of the paperwork and filings on my own, but turned to Kasey Libby in a crisis for several visits when the inevitable sibling squabbling started. He was a true professional and a trusted guide during the probate process, which turned out to ...be not so simple. His suggestions were very helpful to speed the process along and help keep me and my siblings calm during a very difficult period.

Mr. Libby made my sister's estate easy

My sister died in Atlanta, I live in Virginia Beach. I never had to go to Atlanta. Mr. Libby and his assistant, Cherrie Bottie, guided and advised me efficiently through a necessary step by step grueling and lengthy process (16 months). Emails were constant when needed as well as phone contact. ... His retainer was more than fair. His referral came from my sister's friend and neighbor (also a paralegal) who's husband's estate was handled by Mr. Libby. I had never needed a estate attorney before and had no idea what to do. Mr. Libby made this as painless as he could. I have nothing but praise for him and Cherrie. The process takes time, for any estate lawyer, but according to my family lawyer this could have taken up to 2 years. In short, price, speed, communication, advice and the distance consideration could not been handled better.
