I am a litigator with Gaslowitz Frankel LLC specializing in fiduciary matters. My clients are involved in disputes concerning wills, estates, trusts, and business interests. I represent my clients in all phases of litigation, from filing pleadings and conducting discovery through strategizing for and managing hearings and trials. In addition, I often engage in settlement negotiations, assisting my clients in resolving their disputes prior to trial, saving resources and permitting them a measure of control over the outcome. My particular focus has been in the area of contested guardianships and conservatorships.
I received a J.D., cum laude, from the Georgia State University College of Law, and I am a graduate of Brown University with a B.A. in English.
