David is a gentleman lawyer of the old school - intelligent, courteous, and quite sharp. We opposed each other in a class action case that lasted 10 years. Dave matched me step for step along the way; to be honest, always remained one step ahead of me. He is smart and aggressive, but also was polite and courteous. And, as a man, I saw him once give up his seat on a flight on which we both were traveling, to a young lady trying to fly standby for a relative"s funeral. In short, Dave is a top notch lawyer combined with an impressive character.
