We have been very much pleased with Ms Lacey's work and advice in setting up a trust for our disabled adult son/stepson. We had long since learned that he was not eligible for disability even though he was born with defects which had contributed to the difficulty, simply because he had worked until ...growing physical problems made further work impossible ten years ago, and because we had been able to support him since. MS Lacey counseled us about setting up the Special Needs Trust, which will help considerably if it can (as we hope) make him eligible for SSI and Medicaid. It is an ideal solution for us since we can still continue to contribute, within manageable limits, to his care and support. Robert has reviewed the document and is also pleased with it and its provisions.

My husband and I went to see Ms. Lacey with some very specific questions regarding my mother's affairs. She was thorough in answering our questions, addressed issues that may arise in the future,and educated us about the eligibility requirements of Medicare and Medicaid. We walked out of our meeting... with a task list, and good, solid advice. She was so helpful and we will not hesitate to call upon her again!
