Joyce F. Glucksman

Joyce did an arbitration, involving a dispute between me and Bridgestone/Firestone. Despite the Company fabricating obvious lies and admitting there were lies that were told, Joyce sided with the company. I had no recourse to fight, so her judgment stood. This devastated my family and lead me away fr...om home, in order to keep my house and the lifestyle I had worked so hard for. I would not recommend her for any arbitration or anything, in which the plaintiffs against a Company has to trust her judgment.

I first met Joy Glucksman when she represented my former wife in my divorce in 1995. I was impressed by how sensible and efficient she was, and how perceptive. Several years later, Ms. Glucksman represented my wife and me on a pro bono basis when a mentally ill person filed a frivolous lawsuit... against us for work we did for a non-profit organization to which Ms. Glucksman also belonged. I would like to take this time to tell you about my “Joy” (Mrs. Atty Joyce F. Glucksman). Before I contacted her I had spoken with two other Attorney’s whom did not wish to take my case or advised me that I didn’t have a case. This really disturbed me but I didn’t give up. There is nothing negative that I could say about her. If someone told me something negative about her I wouldn’t believe it because that’s not her character at all. I was very reluctant to pursue my case but Joy made me very comfortable and was open and upfront with me about my case. She as well as her staff took copius notes of events surrounding my case, allowed ample input from me on the case, researched laws, and knew how and when to ask the right questions....
