I'm sad to say this but, in all honesty this is the second time I have hired Alex Simanovsky for the Lemon Law. I hired him the first time when I purchased a Dodge Dart. I never even heard of this law until I started doing some research. I contacted this law firm because that was their specialty. Fro...m the beginning I was kind of scared because of disbelief. What I mean by that, is it did not cost me 1 penny, the only thing it cost me was my time! The sad thing is I did take alot of time deciding on what type of vehicle to buy. The Dodge was my first BRAND new vehicle ever. Then when I started having problem after problem & nothing was getting resolved it became very frustrating because now I have to bring the vehicle back into the dealer. Some dealers are very understanding & some could careless! When a co-worker of mine told me about the Lemon Law I was like ok!! Sure enough I said what do I have to lose. I contacted this firm, & right from the beginning they emailed me back instantly & when I asked so this is going to cost me nothing? I'll admit I thought it was to good to be true. No matter who I talked with they where very helpful from the beginning to the end! It does take time because they have to contact the dealer & of course they have to investigate. I did end up with a settlement from Dodge. After that, I was decided to get rid of the Dodge Dart because I was starting to have other issues. What really bothered me about this is that I bought a brand new car thinking I would just have the normal wear & tear. SO, I decided to get a Ford Focus, I heard all good things about Ford Focus...Long a behold I started having the same issues as the Dodge Dart. When I did my research on the focus, long & behold the transmission modular was a issue as well!! I brought it back 4 times for the same issue. After the 3rd time I decided to look up the Lemon Law again. I contacted the same attorneys & I started the procedure all over again. BOTH 2 brand new cars!! I did settle on the Ford as well. What's frustrating is I would of had my Dodge paid off by now, but I chose to buy another vehicle because of the issues. Now, here I am again deciding if I want to sell my ford. I'm very thankful for this law, how it protects the consumer! Cars are to expensive to begin with & when your making car payments it gets very frustrating. We all can except the fact that there may be issues, BUT, when it's the same thing & nothing is getting resolved for whatever reason you became very frustrated!! I would highly recommend Alex Simanovsky.
