We had a Chevy Cruze that was gifted to us by my father-in-law who was told he could no longer drive due to his worsening dementia. The car was a complete lemon - it had been bought brand new and there had been nothing but problems with it from the get-go (the same issue over and over again.) The ...car was only 2 years old when we took possession of it - and it had very low mileage. By the time we realized the extent of the issues with the car - the window to file a lemon law claim under Massachusetts's lemon law had already passed.
