AISHA....The Lawyer You Need

Mrs. Collins is a great person and an awesome lawyer. She and her team will know the ends and outs of your situation once the facts are on the table. Mrs. Collins takes your situation and makes it her own with real feelings and emotions that help to guide her towards the best solution for your caus...e. She listened to my story and heard my requests. I hired Mrs. Collins to help with a divorce that included multiple children. On day one the focus was on the children. Throughout the case period, the focus remained on the children and how the parents could co-parent in the best interest of the children. Mrs. Collins and her team were open and honest about all matters related to my case and potential outcomes for each scenario. I was glad that I hired Mrs. Collins and even more pleased with her service to my children. After many days and nights of prayer, Mrs. Collins helped me receive a 50/50 split settlement, no child support and no alimony payments. My kids still receive all the love and attention they would ever need from both parents. My recommendation to anyone in the Decatur or Atlanta, Ga area would be to have a meeting with Mrs. Collins and then hire her right after to work for your cause.

So Amazing

Aisha is the best. She was kind and smart and didn't let my husband's attorney run all over her like the one who first represented me before. She helped me understand what to expect, and I could tell the judge was impressed by her.

Review for Aisha Blanchard Collins

Aisha represented us in filing a grandparent visitation petition which eventually went to trial. Throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation through the end of the trial and obtaining an approved court order granting us a generous visitation schedule, Aisha proved herself to be co...mpassionate, honest, hardworking, extremely knowledgeable and approachable. This situation was extremely stressful for our entire family, and we honestly feel we could not have chosen a better attorney to represent us. Aisha is passionate about speaking out for children who cannot speak for themselves and working for what she and her clients believe to be in the child's best interest. Our case was complicated, and we had to prepare for trial, while at the same time hoping to resolve the visitation issue through mediation. During this period of approximately ten months, Aisha arranged for and attended temporary hearings with the court, which granted us monthly visitation periods, enabling us to maintain the close relationship we have had with our grandchild since birth until going to trial and obtaining a final court order in our favor, nearly eleven months after filing the petition. Aisha understood that this process was very difficult for us and was always so thoughtful about keeping us informed of any developments in our case in a timely manner. She seems to view her job as acting as the vehicle to work with her clients to achieve their goals, but also to educate them and to encourage them to work toward a solution through mediation whenever possible, and realizes how traumatic going to trial can be for families, even while relishing the process herself because that is what she is trained to do. I personally always felt a million times better after meeting with or speaking on the phone with Aisha. She was always there for us, making sure we had whatever numbers we needed to be able to contact her at all times in case of emergencies, and never once failed to answer any of our many questions with thoughtful, deliberate, and detailed care until our queries had been fully answered. We feel that Aisha is one of those people who is extremely good at her job, simply because she is doing what she loves to do - helping families in crisis. Because of Aisha's compassion, knowledge of family law, courtroom presence, hard work and dedication to her craft, our grandchild's grandparents were not summarily removed from her life and our, and exponentially our entire family's, relationship with her will continue to flourish, which we can definitely say, makes all of us very happy indeed. In closing, I will say that when we began this very harrowing experience we were counselled by virtually everyone who knew of our situation to avoid hiring an attorney and going to court, and we were extremely reluctant to do so having never imagined that we would ever be in such a position. It soon became clear, however, that after allowing our grandchild to live with and bond with us as an infant and spend a significant amount of time with us for the first several years of her life, she was never going to be allowed to see us again; and so we felt we had no other choice. Having said that, we could not have chosen a better person to represent us and would most definitely recommend Aisha to anyone finding themselves in need of a family law attorney. Aisha also serves many families as a reputable guardian ad litem, where she once again proves her dedication to helping and speaking out for children. Each time we see our grandchild, and are able to experience how happy and grateful she is to be with us and how much she looks forward to our visits, we are reminded that none of this would be possible if not for the efforts of Aisha who is an extremely hardworking and dedicated attorney.

Professionalism at its ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!

I recently had Mrs. Collins as my attorney. If quality, integrity, knowledgeable, well spoken, all around great attorney and person is what you want, she is definitely the go- to person! I can go on and on because their is absolutely nothing that would not be what she exemplifies. AMAZING with such p...oise and grace! This is what you call perfection on so many levels. It was a pleasure working with her and I would definitely use her firm again! As my mother would say, a "sharp shooter."
