Worth every penny!

I have never needed an attorney prior to this year. At 50+ years old I have never been in trouble with the law, much less committed a crime. Unfortunately, our small-town police attitude had no desire to show any discretion following an alleged fender bender that I did not know occurred. Still dou...bt I ever hit the other car. No damage to my vehicle and only grainy long-distance video that showed no contact between the vehicles. The police inspected my car with a fine-tooth comb and no damage whatsoever. That didn't stop them from issuing a hit & run violation and stacked other violations on top (revenue generating department). David was referred to me by a neighbor and I am so glad that I reached out to him. He was able to negotiate a lesser charge and avoid any criminal offense. Which could have ended my career. David's attention to detail and his communication is 2nd to none. At every step he described the process and potential consequences answering my questions without hesitation. He even would respond on the weekends and evenings! I would not hesitate to refer David to my family and friends (if needed). Because David fought for me and was diligent, I have been able to rest more peacefully and focus more on my family and career.

I cannot thank Mr. Windecher enough

After being arrested for super speeding and reckless driving, I reached out to Mr. Windecher about the mess I had got myself in. He got back to me within minutes and has been with me every step of the way ever since. I was at risk of losing my drivers license, paying super speeder fines, jail time, h...aving a permanent criminal record, and even getting my admission rescinded from college. But thanks to Mr. Windecher none of that happened. He had me do all of the right things to address my situation and thanks to him I now have my life back and will be going off to college come August. I am extremely grateful for everything he’s done for me and recommend anyone facing legal adversity to contact Mr. Windecher.

Great Lawyer!

David did a great job for me, getting all of my tickets resolved without any points on my license. Awesome guy too. I would highly recommend David to anyone in need of a criminal defense attorney.

My daughters traffic citation

David and his team did an excellent job taking care of my daughters citation. He went to court for her and took care of what would have been higher car insurance and points off her drivers license. The team communicated very well and we always new what was going on. I highly recommend David Windecher....
