First, I need to admit that I never post any testimonials or reviews. However, I am so impressed with an excellent service provided by Attorney David W. Gordon that I decided to write this review. As an expert in Automotive and Mechanical Engineering I have been working as an expert witness with t...he best product liability attorneys nationwide for over 15 years. They were large, multi million dollar cases and in each case there were several attorneys working with me. I prepared for them the extensive technical interrogatories that were submitted to courts for the defendants to answer and constantly advised these attorneys about various technical aspects. I have a pretty good experience working numerous attorneys. Obviously, I also met some attorneys with whom I would not work. Mr. David W. Gordon has provided service for me for the last 4 years. He very successfully represented me (a creditor) in the several bankruptcy cases and on a number of occasions advised me in a business and liability related matters. Prior to meeting Mr. Gordon I used a 3 other bankruptcy attorneys and my experience with them was terrible. They were basically incompetent, unprofessional, did not do what they promised to do, would not communicate with me (even will not return my calls), and on one occasion gave me an advise that soon after the bankruptcy judge imposed on me a several thousand of dollars penalty for violating the bankruptcy court rules. Mr. Gordon is the most professional bankruptcy attorney I ever known. I plan to use his services forever. He is very knowledgeable in bankruptcy cases and very successful in his litigation. He helped me a lot in every case and frequently in a short period of time. He communicates with his clients right away and returned my calls immediately after he had received my message. I must admit that sometimes I called him over the weekends and he did not mind that and responded right away. He is very particular and takes care about his clients in a really fantastic way. Mr. Gordon’s charges are very reasonable and I recommend him most highly to everyone!
