What makes me a unique choice to handle your personal injury matter is that I have litigated cases on both sides of the “V.” I got my start trying cases for insurance companies and learning the defense playbook for an injury trial. I was a Complex/Commercial Trial Attorney for Liberty Mutual Insurance, serving as in-house and field counsel. I represented Liberty Mutual Insurance and its subsidiaries and policy holders for both personal and commercial lines. I handled all litigation matters, including pre-suit investigation and legal opinions, pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial. I was also an associate in a national insurance defense firm and focused on defending tort claims for individuals, businesses, and insurers. Through these prior experiences, I gained valuable experience, knowledge and insight into the insurance claims industry and its practices and procedures.
