What sets me apart is my experience representing both sides of personal injury litigation. I began my legal career defending insurance companies, giving me firsthand knowledge of how insurers evaluate, defend, and resolve claims.

Before founding Barry Trial Practice & Resolution, LLC, I served as a Complex/Commercial Trial Attorney for Liberty Mutual Insurance, where I acted as both in-house and field counsel. I represented Liberty Mutual, its subsidiaries, and policyholders in both personal and commercial matters, handling every stage of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, legal analysis, pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and trial.

I also practiced at a national insurance defense firm, where I defended individuals, businesses, and insurance carriers in a wide range of tort claims. These experiences gave me valuable insight into the insurance industry's strategies, claims-handling practices, and litigation approach. Today, I use that knowledge to advocate for injured individuals and help level the playing field.
